"We couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our cats while we were away on holiday. Snow was absolutely fantastic — extremely friendly, reliable and very caring towards our cats. We gave her quite a long list of instructions and were delighted that she didn't miss a single one, and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. She spent time playing with them every day and sent us lovely daily videos, which gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to see that they were happy and being well looked after. It was obvious that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with them and treated them as if they were her own.
